Returns & Refunds

Every piece is handmade, and natural stones vary in colour and texture. This is part of their charm, not a defect.
・If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or repair.
・For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned or exchanged.
・We don't accept returns for change of mind.
・Custom or resized pieces can't be returned.
