- Taiwan: TWD 160; free on orders TWD 1,600+ (≈ HKD 400), about 5–7 working days.
- Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore: HKD 45; free on orders HKD 400+, about 5–14 working days.
- If you would like another courier, please contact us first; an extra shipping charge may apply.
- As an independent studio, we ship in one consolidated batch each week to keep quality steady. Rush orders aren’t available — thank you for understanding.
Returns & Exchanges
Every piece is chosen and made by hand by Island Founder Blues. If something arrives flawed or incomplete, don't worry: tell us through "Contact us" and we'll arrange an exchange and make it right.
- For a suspected defect or missing part, please write within 3 days of delivery via the Contact page (or email if needed). We will arrange a return or exchange after review.
- Preference-based returns, change-of-mind, and opened personal-hygiene items (including earrings) are not accepted.
- Custom, made-to-order, or specially commissioned pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for preference.
- Natural gemstone variation (colour, inclusions, mineral marks) is part of each stone’s character and is not a defect.
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging may be declined.
